5/0 Grind

Once you learned to 50/50 and got it down pretty good. The next trick to learn is the 5/0

1. Learn manuals on flat ground
2. Learn 50/50s
3. Ride up to the object paralell with enough speed as you would if you where 50/50 grinding
4. Ollie up, instead of leveling out, keep the board on a angle, landing on the object with your back truck.
5. Here is where the manual comes in to play. when you get on the object, keep your back truck on and your front off, simple!
6. The hard part is keeping balance and your weight on your back truck
7. Grind as far as you can, and ride off, or level out the board and ollie, your choice!
